
Hello again. I hope you're enjoying this wonderful weather, you might need to find some shade for todays exercises...
Some fitness experts believe that if you've only got time for one exercise a day then the squat is the exercise. Squats not only work our thighs and glutes, but work our abs, obliques and lower back in our upper bodies, whilst making our calves and ankles work hard to support us.
Just do as many as you feel comfortable and don't worry if you can't go as low as I do, it all counts...
