
Desperate times call for desperate measures. I hope you enjoy this video in which I am upstaged by my puppy, Goggle, on a few occasions!
The class starts with some warm ups, moves onto some basic strength exercises before finishing with a few stretches at the end.
The idea is that you can use these exercises as the basis of your own Nordic Walking keep fit regime over the next few weeks. Ideally you will hit the pause button in the middle while you go for a long Nordic walk in the countryside, Park or disused railway line. Please avoid climbing the Motte, as it is impossible to socially distance yourself on the narrow path if someone is coming in the opposite direction. I will continue to post new films to vary the exercises.
