I do hope that everyone is keeping well.

 

Here is my second virtual Nordic Walking lesson with a focus on deep breathing and thus exercising the muscles of the rib cage.  Once again, I do hope that you will hit pause and repeat the strength exercises three times, as well as going for a decent walk before finishing off with the cool down stretches.
