Parking

Please park safely in the village hall car park and arrive 5-10 minutes before so we can start on time.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will also be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, fitness, and posture. This class will last just over 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

Equipment

Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. If it's hot remember suncream and plenty of water. I will provide poles.

Payment

This seven week course can be booked as a block of 7 sessions for £49 payable to the instructor at the first session.
