Please meet outside the Visitor's Centre next to the car park. This class will last 1 hour, during which time we will recap the first five steps of the ten step British Nordic Walking technique, as well as learning step 6.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This session is part of a block of five that comprise the Beginners Workshop and costs £37.50 for the block. Please pay the instructor by Friday 14th September.
