This lesson will follow on from the Beginners Course started in April. We will continue to refine the British Nordic Walking 10 step technique, as will as learn strength, balance and cardio-vascular exercises. Please meet outside the Visitor's Centre next to the car park. This class will last 1 hour.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This five week course can be booked as a block of five sessions for £37.50 payable to the instructor at the first session. The course runs up to and includes Friday 14th July.
Please Note - There will be no lesson on 23rd June due to a prior commitment.
