This class is for regular Nordic Walkers who have already been taught the Nordic Walking technique. Please note that this class is for walkers who prefer tbe challenged and to walk at a fast pace. Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis and clients will be asked to follow guidelines set out by the instructor at the start of the lessons.
Payment
The next complete block runs from Friday 15th September up to and including 13th October. Please note, there will be no class on Friday 6th October thus making a total of 4 sessions. Please pay the instructor £32 for the block before the first session. The dates are as follows:

Parking
Please note that the car parking charges remain at £1 for an hour; £2 for 2 hours; and £3 all day.
Toilets
There are Public Toilets next to Station Road and a Disabled Toilet to the back of The Old Goods Shed which is actually available for everyone.
