Information
This walk is only for people who have completed the 10 step British Nordic Walking technique. This class will last at least an hour and a half, during which time you will refine of the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also work on exercises, which focus on speed, balance, cardiovascular fitness, strength and posture. Please note, this is an intense class and requires a high level of cardio-vascular fitness. There are plenty of hills!
This fast paced walk, costs £10, please pay the instructor upon arrival.
Equipment
Wear comfortable layers, and walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Water is recommended. Poles are provided.
