
Details Please meet in the car park. This class will last 1 hour, during which time you will be introduced to the first five steps of the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.
Equipment Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment This session is a taster in order to see if Nordic Walking is for you and there is no obligation to continue. If you want to continue with the class, then please book the five week block of classes that, together with the taster session, comprise the Beginners Workshop, running from Friday 21st April to Friday 26th May at 1pm.
