Please meet outside the Visitor's Centre next to the car park. This class will last 1 hour, during which time we will recap the previous steps of the ten step British Nordic Walking technique, as well as learning the up and downhill technique and a few strength, balance and cardio-vascular exercises.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This session is part of a block of six that comprise the Beginners Workshop and costs £45 for the block. Please pay the instructor on Monday 12th January.
