Come and join Mary and Katharine Nordic Walking 5km of Parkrun on Saturday 29th January.
Parkruns are free, weekly, community events all around the world. They take place on a Saturday morning and comprise a 5k route. Parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, Nordic Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.
How To Take Part
Registration is completely free and only needs to be done once. Simply complete the registration form, print your barcode and join us in Clare on 29th January. The event starts at 9am sharp, so please aim to be there in good time.
We are hoping to get a really good crowd of Nordic Walkers together to take part. We will provide cake at the end and Platform One will be open for coffees, teas and hot drinks.
