Please meet outside the Visitor's Centre next to the car park. This class will last just over 1 hour, during which time you will learn the final step of the British Nordic Walking technique.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This five week course can be booked as a block of five sessions, for the price of £35 payable to Mary at the first session.
