This course is for people who have completed the Taster session. Please meet outside the Visitor's Centre next to the car park. This class will last just over 1 hour, and during this 6 week course, you will complete the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, fitness, posture and posture.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. If the sun is shining, please bring suncream and plenty of water. I will provide poles.
Payment
This six week course can be booked as a block of six sessions for £48 payable to the instructor at the first session. Please note, this includes the parking fee.
