Please meet in the car park of the Village Hall (opposite The White Studio) You can park along Tye Green. This class will last 1 hour, during which time you will be introduced to point 9 of the British Nordic Walking technique.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes and remember your sunscreen and a hat. I will provide poles.
Payment
This class can be booked as part of a beginners' course, costing £50 for 6 sessions. Please pay the instructor directly at the time of booking.
