Please park safely in the car park and meet at the cafe end of the car park. It is £1 parking for 2 hours, or £15 permit for the whole year.


This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on improving posture, fitness, strength and balance. This class will last just over 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is an 4 week course costing £30, the last week is Monday 5th February. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course. Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to make a prompt start.
