This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique Beginners Course. Please meet outside the Visitor's Centre next to the car park. This class will last 1 hour, during which time you will refine of the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also work on exercises, which focus on speed, balance, cardiovascular fitness, strength and posture.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This four week course can be booked as a block of four sessions for £30 payable to the instructor at the first session. Please note that this Monday class is affected by a couple of bank holidays and therefore the dates are: Monday 24th April Monday 8th May Monday 15th May Monday 22nd May
