Please meet in the car park of the Village Hall (opposite The White Studio) You can park along Tye Green. This class will last between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes.
This Walking for Health class builds upon the 10 steps of the British Nordic Walking technique learnt during the introductory course and incorporates some gentle fitness exercises into the walk.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles. As we head into late Autumn and beyond, please remember to wear lots of layers, bring a waterproof coat and a drink of water.
Payment
This six week course is booked in advance as a block. Pay for five classes (£50) and get the sixth free. NB This course will run once I have four confirmed bookings.
