This course is for people who have completed the Taster session. Please meet outside the Village Hall next to the car park. This class will last just over 1 hour, and during this 6 week course, and will build on the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, fitness, strength and posture.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. If the sun is shining, please bring suncream and plenty of water. I will provide poles.
Payment
This seven week course can be booked as a block of seven sessions for £56 payable to the instructor at the first session. Please note, this includes the parking fee.
Please Note - there need to be at least 4 people booked on to this course to make it viable.
