Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course and are regular walkers. Please note this class is a slower pace than the 9.30am class. You will continue to be introduced to new exercises, which focus on improving posture, fitness, strength and balance. This class will last just over an hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. The class size is limited to comply with government guidelines and social distancing will take place at all times. Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis and clients will be asked to follow guidelines set out by the instructor at the start of the lessons.

Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to make a prompt start.

Payment

This is a 6 week course costing £48, the last week is Monday 12th October. If possible please make payment via BACS, however, if you do not have online banking set up, please place the exact amount of cash in a named envelope and place in the back of the instructor's car.
