
Details This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique Beginners Course. Please meet outside the Visitor's Centre next to the car park. This class will last just over 1 hour, during which time you will refine of the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, cardiovascular fitness, strength and posture.
Equipment Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. If the sun is shining, please bring suncream and plenty of water. I will provide poles.
Payment This seven week course can be booked as a block of seven sessions for £49 payable to the instructor at the first session.
