LEARN TO NORDIC WALK IN A WEEKEND
NB This course has now sold out. However, the next crash course in Clare Park will take place on 21st & 22nd April.
Details
Please meet outside the Visitor's Centre next to the car park. This class will last 2 hours, during which time we will begin learning the first technique points of the 10 step British Nordic Walking Technique. There will be a short break half way through, so please bring a drink and a snack.
Parking
There is pay and display parking at Clare Castle Country Park costing £2 to park all day.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This session is one of two 2 x hour sessions - the second taking place at 10.30am on Sunday 18th March - that comprise the Beginners Workshop and costs £40 for the course. Payment can be made by cash or cheque on Saturday 17th March, or in advance by bank transfer.
NB This course will only go ahead if there are a minimum of four people on the course.
