LEARN TO NORDIC WALK IN A WEEKEND
Details
Please meet outside the Visitor's Centre next to the car park. This class will last 2 hours, during which time we will begin learning the first technique points of the 10 step British Nordic Walking Technique. There will be a short break half way through, so please bring a drink and a snack.
Parking
There is pay and display parking at Clare Castle Country Park costing £2 to park all day.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This session is one of two 2 x hour sessions - the second taking place at 10.30am on Sunday 4th November - that comprise the Beginners Workshop and costs £45 for the course. Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or cheque.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 14 or more days in advance, we will offer you a full refund. After this time, we will only be able to offer a refund, if we manage to fill your place.
NB This course will only go ahead if there are a minimum of four people on the course.
