THREE HOUR WORKSHOP
This intensive workshop will give you all the skills you need to be able to use the poles effectively and get the most out of your Nordic Walking. We teach the internationally recognised technique which enables you to reap the numerous health benefits that the correct technique bring. From releasing neck and shoulder tension, to relieving back pain, helping improve posture, bone density and muscle tone. Learning to walk more effectively can help your general fitness and wellbeing even when you're not using the poles. The addition of poles takes the pressure off your joints, so its brilliant for anyone with ankle, knee or hip problems. Everyone and anyone can benefit, whatever you age, gender or fitness level. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me, Mary on 07931580648.
All Nordic Walking East Anglia classes will comply with the latest government regulations. Please read our guidelines and delivery plan so that you know what to expect.
