LEARN TO NORDIC WALK IN A WEEKEND

This course will last 2 hours, during which time we will learn the remaining technique points of the 10 step British Nordic Walking Technique. There will be a short break half way through, water and a snack are provided, but please feel free to bring your own. Please be aware that you are on your feet for 2 hours and will walk approximately 2-3 miles in that time. If you are concerned that this may be too much, please call/email Katharine to discuss, and potentially a private/small group lesson can be arranged if this would be more suitable.
Parking
Please park safely in the car park and meet at the cafe end of the car park. It is £2 parking for the whole day or £15 permit for the whole year.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes, suitable walking shoes, hat and gloves (not ski) and dress according to the weather. Poles are provided.
