Parking
Please park safely in the village hall car park and meet on the playing field just behind the Preschool.
Clothing
Please wear walking shoes or trainers (ideally waterproof) and dress according the weather.
Information
This is a block of 5 lessons where you will learn to master all 10 steps of the British Nordic Walking technique. The block costs £35. Please pay the instructor upon arrival.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the lesson is due to start, it will last just over an hour. Poles will be provided.
