Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on balance, fitness, and posture. This class is a slower pace.

This class will last one hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is a 5 week course costing £37.50, the last week is Thursday 8th February. This is a relatively new class, and will only run if it has a minimum of 6 people. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course. Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to start promptly.

Equipment

Wear comfortable clothes, waterproof walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Hat and gloves if cold. Poles are provided.
