Please park safely in the West Stow church car park. Any donations to the church are gratefully received in the box attached to the wall by the entrance/exit.


This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will continue to be introduced to new exercises, which focus on improving posture, fitness, strength and balance. This class will last up to one hour 15 minutes, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is a 7 week course costing £56, the last week is Thursday 17th October. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course or by bank transfer before(ask for details). Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to make a prompt start.


Wear comfortable clothes dressing according to the weather, and walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Poles are provided.
