Information

Please park either at the front or the side of the village hall. The class will last about 1 hour 15 minutes. During this block of 5 Nordic Walking for Fitness lessons the focus will be on improving speed, fitness, balance and flexibility.

Equipment

Please wear comfortable clothing dressing according to the weather and either trainers or a pair of walking shoes (waterproof recommended at this time of year). I will provide poles.

Payment

This five week course can be booked as a block of 5 sessions for £35, payable to the instructor at the first session.
