Parking
Please turn off the A1101 into Lackford Lakes by the 'Coffee, Cake and Kingfisher' sign. Turn left at the bottom and follow the sign to Lackford Lakes nature reserve and then park in the Suffolk Wildlife trust centre car park.
Information
This course is for people who have completed the INWA 10 step technique Beginners course and are regular walkers. Please note this class is a faster pace than the 11am class. You will continue to be introduced to new exercises, which focus on improving posture, fitness, strength and balance. This class will last an hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. The class will comply with government guidelines and social distancing will take place at all times. Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis and clients will be asked to follow guidelines set out by the instructor at the start of the lessons.
Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to make a prompt start.
Payment
This is a 6 week course costing £48 the last week is Wednesday 15th December. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO WALK ON THURSDAY 17TH NOVEMBER. If possible please make payment via BACS, however, if you do not have online banking set up, please place the exact amount of cash in a named envelope and hand to the instructor.
Equipment
Wear comfortable clothes dressing according to the weather, and sensible walking shoes or similar. Poles are provided if you do not have your own.
