Please park in the West Stow Church car park. Any donations in their parking box are gratefully received.


This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on balance, fitness, and posture. This class is a reasonably good pace, and for people who have considerable experience of Nordic Walking. This class will last at least an hour, depending on the distance covered each week, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is a 5 week course costing £37.50, the last week is Thursday 8th February. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course. Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to start on time.


Wear comfortable clothes, waterproof walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Hat and gloves if cold. Poles are provided.
