Please meet in the main reception lobby of SJIC and then the group will walk across the footbridge into Milton Park, where most of the class will take place. This class will last 45 minutes. During this block of 6 Walking for Health lessons, the focus will be on improving speed and fitness.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. Please note, some of the paths in Milton Park are very muddy. I will provide poles.
Payment
This class can be booked as part of a course, costing £48 for 6 sessions. Please pay the instructor directly at the time of booking.
