Please park safely behind the village hall.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, fitness, and posture. This class will last just over 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

Equipment

Please wear comfortable clothing, dressing according to the weather and either trainers or a pair of walking shoes. Poles are provided.

Payment

This five week course can be booked as a block of 5 sessions for £37.50, payable to the instructor at the first session. Please note this course will not run on Thursday 11th May. The last week is Thursday 25th May. On Monday 8th May there is a 'pay as you go walk' (£7.50), 9.30am at Nowton Park that you are welcome to join. Please let me know if you are coming.
