Please safely in the church car park, which is just before the church on the right hand side as you approach from the A14/the North. The postcode takes you just beyond the church.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on balance, strength, fitness, and posture. This class will last just over an hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is a 5 week course costing £40, the last week is Thursday 4th July. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course. Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to start on time.

Equipment

Wear comfortable clothes, walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Don't forget your hat, suncream and water if hot! Poles are provided.
