Parking

Please park on the side of the road (on the left as you approach from Bury St Edmunds, approximately where the postcode takes you to) at the start of the houses, just after the footpath sign on the left.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on balance, strength, fitness, and posture. This class will last just over an hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is a 5 week course costing £37.50, the last week is Thursday 28th March. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course. Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to start on time.

Equipment

Wear comfortable clothes, walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Poles are provided.

Nordic walk yourself fit in Gazeley, Newmarket.
