Parking

I will be parked just off the road (there is plenty of room for all of us) to east of the Anglo Saxon visitor centre car park. Where the 'H' is of West Stow Heath in the centre of the map. If you are coming from the village of West Stow it is the last parking area on the right hand side before you get to the visitor centre. You can just see the brown sigh up ahead. It is opposite the track that goes down to the disused Pump House.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will also be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, fitness, and posture. This class will last just over 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

Equipment

Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. If it's hot remember suncream and plenty of water. I will provide poles.

Payment

This seven week course can be booked as a block of 7 sessions for £49 payable to the instructor at the first session.
