
This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique Beginners Course, have considerable experience of Nordic Walking and enjoy walking at a moderate pace. Please meet outside the Toilet Block next to the car park. This class will last 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also work on exercises, which focus on speed, balance, cardiovascular fitness, strength and posture.
If you haven't already learnt the technique, but would like to, I am running two crash courses in Milton Park in April
Level
This is a health walk and is for people who have recently attended a workshop and want to refine their technique.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This four week course can be booked as a block of 4 sessions for £32 payable to the instructor at the first session. The course runs up to and includes Thursday 21st May. Please Note, there is no session on Thursday 14th May, due to instructor CPD training.
