Information
This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, fitness, and posture. This class will last just over 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothing dressing according to the weather and either trainers or a pair of walking shoes (waterproof recommended at this time of year). Poles are provided.
Payment
This six week course can be booked as a block of 6 sessions for £42, payable to the instructor at the first session.
