Parking

The car park is about a third of a mile from the road at the end of the wide bumpy track. (The forest is on your left and fields on the right). Please park safely in the car park. The postcode shows the correct location.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the INWA 10 step technique Beginners course and are regular walkers. Please allow up to one and a half hours for this walk. You will continue to be introduced to new exercises, which focus on improving posture, fitness, strength and balance. This class will last an hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. The class will comply with government guidelines and social distancing will take place at all times. Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis and clients will be asked to follow guidelines set out by the instructor at the start of the lessons.

Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to make a prompt start.

Payment

This is a 6 week course costing £48, the last week is Thursday 7th April. PLEASE NOTE THE 6 WEEKS RUN OVER A 7 WEEK PERIOD AS THERE IS NO WALK ON THURSDAY 31st MARCH. If possible please make payment via BACS, however, if you do not have online banking set up, please place the exact amount of cash in a named envelope and place in the back of the instructor's car.

Equipment

Wear comfortable clothes dressing according to the weather, and sturdy walking shoes or similar. Remember hat and gloves if cold. Poles are provided if you do not have your own.
