Parking

The car park is about a third of a mile from the road at the end of the wide bumpy track. (The forest is on your left and fields on the right). Please park safely in the car park. The postcode shows the correct location.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will continue to be introduced to new exercises, which focus on improving posture, fitness, strength and balance. This class will last 1 hour 15 minutes, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is a 5 week course costing £40, the last week is Thursday 16th May. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course or by bank transfer before(ask for details). Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to make a prompt start.

Equipment

Wear comfortable clothes dressing according to the weather, and walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Poles are provided.
