Parking

The car park is about a third of a mile from the road at the end of the wide bumpy track. (The forest is on your left and fields on the right). Please park safely in the car park. The postcode shows the correct location.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on balance, fitness, and posture. This class will last an 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is a 6 week course, please note it is £37.50 as you are due a credit from the cancelled walk in the snow. The last week is Thursday 24th May. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course. Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to start on time.

Equipment

Wear comfortable clothes, walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Poles are provided.

Nordic walk yourself fit in West Stow, Bury St Edmunds.
