Parking

Please park in the car park beneath the church. It is actually on the North side of the church, not the South as the postcode shows.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will also be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, fitness, and posture. This class will last nearly 1 hour 30 minutes, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

Equipment

Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. If it's hot you may want to bring water as we are walking further than normal. I will provide poles.

Payment

This seven week course can be booked as a block of 7 sessions for £49 payable to the instructor at the first session.
