All Nordic Walking East Anglia classes will comply with the latest government regulations.  Please read our guidelines and delivery plan so that you know what to expect.

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique Beginners Course, have experience of Nordic Walking and enjoy walking at a moderate pace. Please meet outside the Toilet Block next to the car park. This class will last 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also work on exercises, which focus on speed, balance, cardiovascular fitness, strength and posture.

This is a health walk and is for people who have attended a NWEA workshop and want to refine their technique, as well as practice Nordic Walking in a group setting.

Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I am happy to provide poles.

This four week course can be booked as a block of 4 sessions for £32 payable to the instructor by BACS before the first session. The course runs up to and includes Thursday 9th July.  Please Note - There is no class on Thursday 24th June.
