This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique Beginners Course and have a high level of fitness. Please meet in the car park. This class will last just over 1 hour, during which time you will refine of the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also work on exercises, which focus on speed, balance, cardiovascular fitness, strength and posture. Please note, this is an intense class and requires a high level of cardio-vascular fitness.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.

Payment
This four week course can be booked as a block of four sessions for £40 payable to the instructor at the first session.
