All Nordic Walking East Anglia classes will comply with the latest government regulations.  Please read our guidelines and delivery plan so that you know what to expect.

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique Beginners Course, have experience of Nordic Walking and enjoy walking at a moderate pace. Please meet outside the Toilet Block next to the car park. This class will last 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also work on exercises, which focus on speed, balance, cardiovascular fitness, strength and posture.

If you haven't already learnt the technique, but would like to, I am running a crash course in Milton Park in September

  • Thursday 17th & Thursday 24th September 11.30-1.30
