
This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique Beginners Course, have experience of Nordic Walking and enjoy walking at a moderate pace. Please meet outside the Toilet Block next to the car park. This class will last 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also work on exercises, which focus on speed, balance, cardiovascular fitness, strength and posture.
Level
This class is for people who prefer to walk at a faster pace and have a high fitness level.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This four week course can be booked as a block of 5 sessions for £40 payable to the instructor by BACS before the first session. The block runs from Thursday 23rd February up to and including Thursday 23rd March.
