Information
This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. It is a fast paced walk. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, fitness, and posture. This class will last one and a quarter hours, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothing dressing according to the weather and either trainers or a pair of walking shoes. Water and sunscreen recommended if hot. Poles are provided.
