
Information
Please park at the playground end of the car park. The class will last up to an hour and a half. It is for advanced nordic walkers who have completed the British Nordic Walking 10 step technique. Nordic Walking for Sport classes are a fast pace, and focus on improving speed and fitness. During the course we practise drills such as skipping, squats and hill climbs, concentrating on improving technique, balance, posture and flexibility too.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothing dressing according to the weather and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. I will provide poles.
Payment
This five week course can be booked as a block of 5 sessions for £40, payable to the instructor at the first session.
