Details

Please meet in the main reception lobby of SJIC and then the group will walk across the footbridge into Milton Park, where most of the class will take place. This class will last 45 minutes, and will build upon the 10 point British Nordic Walking technique learnt during the Beginners' course. During this Walking for Health course, the focus will be on improving speed and introducing new fitness techniques.

Equipment

Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. Please note, some of the paths in Milton Park are very muddy. I will provide poles.

Payment

This class can be booked as an extra session of the Walking for Health course (which normally takes place on a Thursday), bringing the cost to £40 for 5 sessions. Please pay the instructor directly at the time of booking.
