Please park safely on the side of the village green, just above the gates to Denston Hall.
Information
This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on speed, balance, fitness, and posture. This is a good pace walk and will last an hour and a quarter. If you would like to join instead of your Wednesday/Thursday walk this week please let me know.
Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothing dressing according to the weather and either trainers or a pair of walking shoes. Water and sunscreen recommended if hot. Poles are provided.
