Please park safely in the car park and meet at the cafe end of the car park. It is £1 parking for 2 hours, or £15 permit for the whole year.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on balance, fitness, and posture. It will be a slightly slower pace than the 9am class. This class will last just over 1 hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is a 6 week course costing £42. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course. Please try and arrive in good time, so that we are able to start on time.

Equipment

Wear comfortable clothing, with plenty of layers, and walking shoes or similar, with a good tread (waterproof recommended at this time of year). Thin warm gloves and hat advisable. I will provide poles.
